【写作目标】
能运用本单元所学的可数名词/不可数名词完成写作介绍自己喜欢的食物。本单元写作涉及的话题是“介绍食物”，主要是能就食物进行询问并点餐，话题与生活息息相关。写好这类文章，最重要的是要准确捕捉写作“精髓”，有条理地把要描述的某一事物展现出来，此类话题的写作要立足事实，表达真情实感。在写作时我们要注意层次安排的合理性。

Hello， everybody. Im Li Hua. Today my topic is how to eat in a healthy way.
Firstly， we shouldnt eat fried food or foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for our health. Secondly， try to eat more vegetables and fruit. Because they can make us become much healthier.
My eating habits are good. For example， I often eat healthy foods， like eggs， vegetables and milk for breakfast and rice， noodles and vegetables for dinner.
I hope everyone can eat in a healthy way.
